Licensing Information and Alert System
Private investigative, security and recovery agencies, schools and instructors licensed pursuant to Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, may subscribe to the Licensing Information and Alert System. Subscribers receive emails from the the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) about important news related to licensing and regulatory matters.

Agencies that subscribe have the added benefit of the online Employee Action Report feature. Florida law requires agency licensees to report employee hires and terminations to FDACS within five business days. Agencies can report hires and terminations using the Employee Action Report. You can also view your list of employees on file with FDACS.
