The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) asks Floridians to:

To report a conehead termite infestation, call 1-888-397-1517, email DPIHelpline@FDACS.gov or use the form below.
Information submitted to the department is a public record unless exempted by Florida law.
